We currently seeking a Business Development Manager to join our sales team.

What you’ll be doing

• Responsible for finding and nurturing sales leads
• Develop, and manage a business development plan for assigned sector/region
• Lead and grow our sales team
• Generate and oversee sales plans
• Create engaging sales presentations, and promotional literature
• Build pipeline with clear potential, details, schedules, and strategy

What you must have for this position

• Minimum 5 years of business development experience
• Strong understanding of sales strategy, sales tactics, and business development processes, including but not limited to business planning, sales forecasting, sales funnel lifecycle management, account management principles
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Sales Planning and Process Implementation
• Time management and relationship-building skills
• Ability to self-manage and organize project workloads around tight and demanding deadlines
• Client facing background with outstanding presentation skills

What is nice to have for this position

• Existing relationships with companies in the healthcare and hospitality sectors desired
• Experience in working with Startups and healthcare companies
• Excellent Google Suite and Microsoft Suite skills
• A degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related field
• Agency experience
